In the Apple Store I was able to witness the open and transparent culture that we discussed in class. I noticed the glass gave it a transparency. I also got a sense that everyone tries to master their job only. I saw the team adventure as a benefit because it served as a way for us to build upon our innovation skills. Developing in depth questions and being able to make associations. There is a challenge proposed when trying to get the attention of employees when they are busy and there is a lot of people. Gregerman approach is different from a traditional approach because it forces you to interact and get to know strangers,
Tesla
At Tesla Motors , this was an opportunity to work on the skill of questions and formulating good questions in order to learn more about the products, I also had the opportunity to practice my questioning skills, by thinking of insightful questions to ask employees about products.
Portrait gallery
The Portrait Gallery was very inspirational. When I first heard that we would be going to the portrait gallery I thought "just another museum." However, I was quite shocked to see many people that I looked to as innovators.
