When I first heard that we were going to complete the assessment, I was nervous and even more anxious when I found out that there would be a public speaking component of the test. At the start of the assessment, I spent time trying to write out an outline of what to say for the speech and also spent time trying to respond to emails as I thought that was a very important part of the assessment. The meetings were fun and thought provoking. Overall, I feel that the assessment was a great opportunity and was an accurate depiction of a CEO's daily job. I think that my results were an accurate depiction of my prediction. The feedback was very important to me because I now know what I need to improve on, I thought that the skills assessed were important but individual activities were of a less importance. I will make changes to my behavior based on my results because I have a better sense of what I need to work on, which is communication. I am ready to make changes because the assessment helped me to confirm some of the things I had an idea about. I think making improvements will help me in all aspects on my life.
